1. Subject of data protection

The subject of data protection is personal data. This is individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. For example, name, postal address, e-mail address, but also usage data such as the IP address of a computer.

2. Automatic anonymous data collection, processing and use

We automatically collect, process or use non-personal information that your browser sends to us. This information includes:- Browser type/version- Operating system- Referrer URL (source of a link)- Host name of the accessing computer.

  • IP adress

3. Cookies

In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. 4. Initiated personal data collection, processing and use

In principle, the collection or transmission of personal data is not necessary for the use of our Internet pages. Your personal data will only be processed or used if you voluntarily provide us with your personal data. This may be necessary in the following cases:

(1) Inquiries / contract fulfillment

We collect and process your personal data to the extent necessary in each case, insofar as you provide it to us for inquiries, contract-related inquiries or other individual transactions.

We use the data you provide to fulfill our contractual obligations to you and to process the contracts concluded between us and you. It may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we use to provide the service or to process the contract.

(2) Newsletter

If you register for a newsletter (only if offered), your e-mail address will be used by us for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The cancellation is possible at any time. If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a functioning e-mail address assigned to you, the validity of which we verify during the registration process by sending you a confirmation e-mail.

(3) Disclosure to government institutions and authorities

We only pass on data to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information within the scope of legal obligations or on the basis of a court decision.

(4) Legal basis

If and to the extent that the General Data Protection Regulation applies to our data processing, the legal basis for the processing shall be

a) the fulfillment of contractual obligations on our part vis-à-vis the data subject (Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO

b) the consent of the data subject (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO)

c) the fulfillment of legal collection and storage obligations, in particular for tax purposes (Art. 6 para. 1 c) DSGVO

5. Rights of the data subjects

We would like to use your data to inform you about our products and services and, if necessary, to ask you about them. You have the right to request confirmation as to whether data in question is being processed and to information about this data as well as further information and a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. You have according to. Art. 16 DSGVO the right to request the completion of the data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data concerning you. In accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that data concerning you be deleted without delay or, alternatively, in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand restriction of the processing of the data. You have the right to request that the data concerning you that you have provided to us be received in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO and to request that it be transferred to other data controllers. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke consent granted in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO with effect for the future. If the revocation takes place during an ongoing business transaction, the deletion will take place immediately after its completion. Further legal deletion or blocking obligations remain unaffected by this.

7. Right of objection

You may object to the future processing of data relating to you in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO at any time. The objection can be made in particular against the processing for purposes of direct marketing.

8. Technical and organizational measures

We will take the technical and organizational measures that are necessary to ensure the implementation of the regulations on data protection, provided that the effort is in reasonable proportion to the intended protective purpose. When communicating by email, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend sending confidential information by post or using encryption.
